The Archipelago Foundation has strong ideals, and we believe in a better world for artists, entertainers, and sports professionals in the Experiences & Hospitality sector.
It is not about selling tickets, its about Magical Experiences, and all too often the artists suffer with low income, and terrible working conditions that leave their experience far from magical.
We believe there should be a way for these wonderful professionals to work safely, in any company internationally without being threatened with modern slavery.
To avoid this, the Foundation has invested in Kalyteros.
Kalyteros means “Better” in Greek.

We recommend the Dynami community platform. Where artists are recognized, experiences can be magical for all parties. The artists have a chance to feedback on their experience too, at every stage of the life cycle, so modern slavery and any dubious working practices avoided.
